Every Companions of London carer is carefully vetted to ensure that they meet our rigorous quality standards. We hold our carers to the highest professional standards and expect them to provide friendly, supportive and consistent care that improves our clients’ standards of living. That’s why we rigorously check their experience, qualifications and how previous clients have enjoyed working with them.
A carer who is registered with our network must:
- Be fully trained in care for vulnerable elderly people
- Possess relevant professional certifications, such as Healthcare Aid (HCA) or Personal Support Worker (PSW) qualifications
- Be in possession of a valid work permit and have no criminal record
- Have excellent references from previous clients — we personally follow up on all references and ask the right questions to understand performance.
